Rental and Investment Properties
A rental has to work on paper and in real life. I help investors evaluate properties based on the numbers and their own criteria—not on hype.

How do I know if a Rochester rental property is a good investment?
A rental has to work on paper and in real life. I look at realistic rents, vacancy and expenses, condition and repairs, location and tenant demand, and your goals. Cap rate tells you how good the property is; cash-on-cash return tells you how good your deal is. Why it matters to you: if the deal doesn't hold up, we pass.
